Board of Trustees Meeting 01/20/2026

1. Public Hearing to clarify when a luggage fee may be charged and to distinguish between large items that must be stored in the trunk versus small personal items that may be held safely by the passenger without a charge. 2. Public Hearing to add a new Section 295-31, “Conduct of Taxicab Operators.” At the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard. 3. Public Hearing to amend the Code of the Village of Port Chester, Chapter 295, “Taxicabs,” Section 295-15, “Inspection of Vehicle.” At the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard. 4. Public Hearing amend Chapter 319, “Vehicles and Traffic,” of the Code of the Village of Port Chester to establish new “No Parking or Standing at Any Time” restrictions at: (1) the intersection of Leicester Street and Rockland Avenue; (2) the intersection of Terrace Avenue and Edison Place; and (3) along a portion of Willett Avenue near Highland Street. At the hearing, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard.
