Public Hearing to consider the advisability of adopting Local Law No. I-01 of the Year 2025, amending Chapter 151 of the Code of the Village of Port Chester, “Building Code Administration and Enforcement,” to add Section 151-20, “Condition Assessment of Parking Garages.”

Setting a Public Hearing to consider the advisability of adopting a Local Law Amending the code of the Village of Port Chester, Chapter 345, “Zoning,” revising the definition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit and reducing the number of Zoning Districts where they are a permitted accessory use.

Declaring certain property owned by the Village to be surplus to the Village’s needs and authorizing disposal of same.

Retaining Joint Special Counsel to monitor and participate in proceedings before the Public Service Commission with regard to submissions by Veolia Water for increase in water rates.
