No. 3 on the election of Bryan Cruz to active membership. 4. From the Brooksville Engine & Hose Co. No. 5 on the election of Klever Guayllasaca to active membership. 5. From the Brooksville Engine & Hose Co. No. 5 on the election of Ernest M. Tigani to active membership. 6. Adopting Local Law No. I-7 of 2023 amending the code of the Village of Port Chester, Chapter 295 “Taxicabs”, relating to adjusting and establishing fares, authorizing charges for certain items placed in a taxicab and incorporating the use of GPS-enabled devices in taxicab operations. 7. Establishing fees for new youth programs in the Recreation Department. 8. Extending Village Enforcement of Traffic and Parking Restrictions in Marina Parking Lot to 2024. 9.
