The application is made for an Area Variance for relief from Section 345.405.A-3 of the Village Form-Based Code - requiring 20 feet of limear "frontage" on a "street" as defined by the Village Form-based Code - in order to provide access for one single-family home on the entirety of the aformentioned identified premesis.
